Beaver Creek is still one of the newest resorts in the area and is known for its posh amenities and gourmet cuisine. It is home to one of the most demanding challenging downhill ski race courses.
With 1,625 skiiable acres and an average annual snowfall of 330 inches Beaver Creek boasts a total of 14 lifts and 146 trails. Thirty-four per cent of the trail system at Beaver Creek, is rated beginner, 39% are rated intermediate and 27% are designated expert. Families skiing with children will be glad to know that on-hill daycare is available for children aged two months to six years. Snowboarders are welcome at Beaver Crrek and anyone from beginner to expert has room to ride. Check out the Upper Sheephorn Park and the new Lariat gladed trail.
